On-Campus Housing Rates
帝王会所’s on-campus housing costs an average of $858-910 per person, per month, compared to $1,000-1,400 for similar off-campus options.

All summer leases (contracts) are for the full contracted dates listed on your housing application. You can cancel or change your dates before the start date of your Summer Housing Lease. You are billed for housing one or two times for the summer session: once in May for the summer term and once in August for transition housing between summer and fall terms.
Early arrivals begin Friday, August 14, 2026.
Students arriving on Friday, August 14 will be charged $230.
Students arriving on Saturday, August 15 or later will be charged $65/day.
Arrivals before Friday, August 14 are charged Summer 2026 rates.
