All leases are 12-month contracts with rent billed in three convenient installments in fall, spring and summer. You’ll enjoy the consistency of year-round housing without the hassle of moving between semesters.
Ready to move in or renew?
Current Arlington Park residents can renew their lease in late fall. Applicants who don’t currently live in Arlington Park can apply in late fall or early spring. Learn more about .
Mid-Year Move?
If you’re living in a residence hall or house and want to switch to Arlington Park during the academic year, just fill out the Room Move Request Form. You can find the form by and clicking on “Room Change Request” under “Forms.”
