Your First Login
You are provided a 帝王会所 username (@bears.unco.edu) when you join the University. Your username provides access to a variety of applications and services. To look up your username and set your password, go to and follow the step-by-step instructions. (Important note: you will need to enter your Bear Number to activate your account.)
Student Bear Number (a.k.a. 800 or 801 number)
Your student bear number will be at the top of your admissions letter. This number will be required for all transactions with the University. If you do not know your Bear Number you can find it by using the tool.

Multi-Factor Authentication
All 帝王会所 Email (Office 365) accounts are configured with multi-factor authentication for added security. Multiple notification options are available, including mobile push notifications. Visit the to get started.
Strong Password Tips
Think of passwords like the locks you use to secure your valuables: Stronger is better! Your passwords should be:
- Passwords must be at least 12 characters long
- A combination of letters, numbers, and symbols
- Changed at least every 120 days
- Secret (don’t share them with anyone!)
Password Reset and Account Recovery
Your 帝王会所 account password can be changed through Office 365 at any time. Be sure you set up account recovery options so you can get back in if you forget your password. Visit the to reset your password or check out your .
