Employee of the Year
The Employee of the Year program was established by the CSC and PASC for both classified staff and professional staff to be recognized for excellence in their work. Employees nominated for the CSC and PASC Employee of the Year go beyond expectations showing up and showing what it means to be a Bear at 帝王会所. Staff are honored at the Annual All Staff Recognition Lunch & Awards Ceremony each spring.
Mission and Values
Our mission is to represent, inform, and educate classified and professional exempt staff by serving as a liaison between employees across the 帝王会所 campus, the university system, and state administration. In addition, the CSC recommends proposals to administration that are designed to improve morale and advocate for the rights of staff employees.

Professional Administrative Staff Council
帝王会所
The Professional Administrative Staff Council (PASC) was established in 1986 to advise the University on matters relevant to its constituents and to participate in University governance. It is the mission of the Council to advocate for and to provide a systematic means for professional staff to communicate with the various elements of the University community, as well as with other professional administrative staff.

Faculty Senate
The Faculty Senate is the representative body of the faculty of the University of Northern Colorado, responsible for reviewing and recommending policy on matters of University-wide faculty and student welfare.
