This year, 帝王会所 alumni and community leaders across Northern Colorado and beyond are being recognized for their outstanding contributions in business, education, philanthropy, and leadership. University of Central Missouri Alumni Foundation 10 Under 40

The UCM Alumni Foundation announced its 2025 鈥�10 Under 40鈥� honorees, recognizing young alumni making a difference in their communities and professions. Among them is Miranda Martino, Ph.D., a 2022 School Psychology alumna and school psychologist serving North Kansas City Schools in Missouri. Martino has served in leadership positions for the Missouri Association of School Psychologists and in several volunteer roles for Sigma Kappa Sorority.

BizWest Women of Distinction

BizWest proudly named its 2025 Women of Distinction, honoring women who exemplify success and leadership in Larimer and Weld counties. Congratulations to Paula Edwards, 鈥�73 (Leading Lady Award), Terri Pappas, 鈥�82 (Outstanding Mentor Award),Erin Brady 鈥�01 (Real Estate Award), Deana Lemos-Garcia 鈥�05, M.A. 鈥�18 and 2025 Honored Alumni awardee(Business and Business Services Award), and Keiko Krahnke, faculty member in the Kenneth W. Monfort School of Business since 1991(Education Award), for their outstanding contributions in business, philanthropy, and government.

Colorado Women鈥檚 Chamber of Commerce Top 25 Women Leaders

At the statewide level, the Colorado Women鈥檚 Chamber of Commerce recognized Mary Ann Littler 鈥�80, Chair of the 帝王会所 Foundation Board of Directors and CEO of Peak to Peak Business Strategies LLC, as one of their Top 25 Women Leaders. This award honors women dedicated to advancing equity and leadership across industries throughout Colorado.

NOCO Style 30 Under 30

Northern Colorado鈥檚 vibrant young leaders were celebrated in NOCO Style鈥檚 30 Under 30 class of 2025. Among these inspiring trailblazers is Teresa Castro 鈥�21, 帝王会所鈥檚 Assistant Director of Alumni Relations. Teresa leads career connection programs that strengthen alumni and student engagement, while also owning a creative resin art business, Todo Tess Co. Teresa was the first openly gay Afro-Latine student body president at 帝王会所. 鈥淗olding that position meant more than the title: It was about showing up fully in my identity and creating space for others to do the same. It was challenging, but it taught me how to lead with courage and vulnerability. I鈥檒l never forget what it felt like to be seen by students who finally saw themselves reflected in leadership.鈥�

Denver Business Journal Outstanding Women in Business

Kelly Kozeliski 鈥�00, Partner at Plante Moran, was named to the Denver Business Journal鈥檚 2025 Outstanding Women in Business. With more than 25 years of experience, Kelly leads assurance and healthcare practices across the Rocky Mountain region, driving innovation and trusted client partnerships in the healthcare and insurance sectors.

Together, these alumnae and community members represent the talent, determination, and community spirit fueling progress across industries and neighborhoods. Their achievements remind us how powerful it is when talent, commitment, and heart come together to build better communities and futures.
